Studio Policies

Ritual Unlimited Membership

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Membership Agreement is for a total sum of one calendar month.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not include any workshops, teacher training or special events.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to allow Ritual Yoga & Wellness to charge my credit card for the purpose of membership fee fulfillment.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that my account can be frozen/paused for one month to a maximum of three months per year. Requests for membership freezes/pauses must be provided two weeks prior to the next billing period. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ritualyogawellness.com.

I hereby acknowledge and agree there will be no refunds for lack of use.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to follow studio etiquette listed online and in studio. Non-compliance of this etiquette may result in loss of membership.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if I register for a class and do not cancel my registration within 12 hours of said class I will be charged a $10 ‘late cancellation’ fee.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if I register for a class and fail to physically attend the class, my saved card on file or ACH will be charged a $15 ‘no-show’ fee.

Any requests for membership cancellation must be provided in writing one month (30 days) prior to next billing period. Please submit the request to admin@ritualyogawellness.com.

Ritual Mini Membership

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Membership Agreement is for a total sum of one calendar month.

I hereby acknowledge and agree there will be no refunds or extensions for lack of use.

10 Class Package

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Class Credit Agreement is for a total sum of 10 class credits and unused class credits will expire in one year from the date of purchase. No extensions, transfers or refunds.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Class Credit Agreement does not include any workshops, teacher training or special events.

I hereby acknowledge and agree there will be no refunds for lack of use.

12-month Commitment Packages

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Membership Agreement is for a total sum, divisible by 12 parts in monthly payments and SHALL NOT be cancelled prior to completion of 12-month Membership Agreement.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not include any workshops, teacher training or special events.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to allow Ritual Yoga & Wellness to charge my credit card/ACH monthly for the purpose of membership fee fulfillment under the terms and conditions of my Membership Agreement. Membership dues are required to be paid with a valid credit or debit card only. A credit card/ACH must be left on file upon initial membership purchase for the automatic payment plan. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file monthly from the date of purchase.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that at the end of the 12-month Membership Agreement Ritual Yoga & Wellness will continue to bill respective to the agreement plan agreed to and such terms monthly unless notified of cancellation one month (30 days) prior to the next billing period. Requests should be submitted in writing to admin@ritualyogawellness.com.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that my credit card will be held on file and will be charged on the same day each month. That is the date I am first charged, not the first day of the month.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if the first attempt to charge the card on file for monthly membership fee is unsuccessful, I authorize Ritual Yoga & Wellness to make three additional attempts. If the fourth attempt to charge the card on file isn’t successful, I acknowledge and agree that I must produce an alternative payment method immediately or risk penalty fees and/or dismissal.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that failure to pay membership fees may result in action being taken to collect them by a third-party collection agency. This includes intentionally removing payment information to avoid membership fee or additional charges within the contract period.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that my account can be frozen/paused for no less than one month (30 days) and a maximum of three months per year. Requests for membership freezes/pauses must be provided two weeks prior to the next billing. Request must be submitted in writing to admin@ritualyogawellness.com.

I hereby acknowledge and agree there will be no refunds or extensions for lack of use.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if register for a class and do not cancel my registration within 12 hours of said class I will be charged a $10 ‘late cancellation’ fee.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if I register for a class and fail to physically attend class my saved card on file will be charged a $15 ‘no-show’ fee.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that if I wish to cancel my 12-month Membership Agreement prior to the completion of the agreed upon contract period, I will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. Any requests for membership cancellation must be provided 30 days prior to the next billing period. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ritualyogawellness.com.
